An acrobat gives an exhibition during the sideshow. At the back, behind the cashier's desk, an epitome of the circus is to be found with the tamer and a small orchestra. At the front a clown is leaning on an upright, watching the crowd, hands in his pockets.

With additional shading, expecially in the background, mostly worked with the roulette.
