Plate described in the Bibliographie de la France (Timbrage, 7 August 1925,: M. Brouet, 4 rue Camille Tahan, Les Terre-Neuviens, etching etched with drypoint, 91 proofs on paper and in various states, 400 fr). It was acquired by the Chalcographie in 1932 (inv. no. 7185). Note that the form Terre-Neuvien exists alongside Terre-Neuvier and Terre-Neuva, but it is aged.
