Plate published by l'Estampe Moderne and described in the Bibliographie de la France (Timbrage, 15 May 1925, n° 1556: M. Brouet, 4 rue Camille Tahan, Saint-Malo, Chantier Naval; 1st state at 15 on Hollande at 800 fr, edition at 75 proofs on Hollande at 600 fr). The plate was acquired by the Chalcographie in 1932 (inv. no. 7162).
