Plate described in the Bibliographie de la France (Chronique, May 20, 1927, p. 128, no. 1622: Musiciens Ambulants, original etching by Brouet, etched in etching, 0.17×0.13, without remarque. Edition of 106 proofs on various papers and states, from 500 to 800 fr). The plate was purchased by the Chalcographie in 1932 (inv. no. 7180). The scene is at the entrance to the Dragon Court (see Dragon Court (Ba 265)). A drawing of the same view of the Court from the Petiet collection is now in the collection of the University of Osnabrück.
