Plate described in the Bibliographie de la France (Chronique, May 20, 1927, p. 128, no. 1623: Passerelle de la Tournelle, original etching by Brouet, etched in etching, 0.12 1/2×0.20, without remarques. Edition of 91 proofs on various papers and states, at 500 and 600 fr). The 17th-century bridge was destroyed in 1918. The footbridge was established in 1924, and remained until 1928, when the present bridge was built.
